Reporting Objectionable Content
Nigel has zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or illegal content. We use automated and provider-level safety controls where available, and we review user reports as part of ongoing app maintenance.
In-App Reporting
Long-press an agent message or AI-generated look, then tap "Report" to flag it. You will be asked to select a reason, including sexual content, violence, hateful conduct, harassment, illegal activity, spam, or other.
Review Process
Reports are stored for review and help us identify unsafe or inappropriate AI outputs. We review reports as part of ongoing app maintenance and may remove content, adjust safety filters, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when appropriate.

You can also report objectionable content by emailing [email protected] with a description of the content and any relevant screenshots.
Reporting Content You Do Not Want to See
To report a specific AI-generated item or agent response that you do not want to see, use in-app reporting or contact [email protected] and include enough detail for us to identify it. We may remove, hide, or otherwise address reported content where appropriate and technically feasible.
Prohibited content includes: sexually explicit material, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment or bullying, content that exploits minors, illegal activity, spam, and any content that violates our Terms of Service. Uploading prohibited content may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

What is Nigel?
Nigel is an AI-powered personal styling assistant. Upload photos of your outfits, and our AI will detect individual fashion pieces, build your digital wardrobe, and provide personalized styling recommendations through an AI agent named Nigel.
How does the credit system work?
Nigel uses a credit-based system for premium AI features. Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases in the iOS app. Basic AI chat is available without credit cost, subject to daily usage limits, while premium actions such as image isolation, AI look generation, flatlay generation, and restyling may require credits.
What happens to my photos?
Your uploaded images are stored in our cloud infrastructure with user-scoped access controls. Through the app, only the authenticated account owner can access their own images. Images are processed by AI models for fashion analysis. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete individual wardrobe items or looks at any time within the app. To delete your full account, open Settings in the iOS app and choose Delete account. You can also contact support if you need help with a deletion request.
Is Nigel available on Android?
Nigel is currently available on iOS only. We are considering Android support for the future.
What AI models does Nigel use?
We use Google Gemini AI models for fashion analysis, image generation, and styling recommendations. The AI agent chat uses advanced language models to provide personalized advice. All AI interactions are disclosed in our Terms of Service.
How do I get a refund for purchased credits?
Credit purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. To request a refund, please use Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
Can children use Nigel?
Nigel is not directed specifically to children. If you are under the age of majority or the applicable age of digital consent in your country or region, use Nigel only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
